Calcium nitrate, too chosen Norgessalpeter (Norwegian salpeter), is an inorganic compound with the formula Ca(NO3)ii(H2O)ten. The anhydrous chemical compound, which is rarely encountered, absorbs moisture from the air to requite the tetrahydrate. Both anhydrous and hydrated forms are colourless salts. Employ in agriculture [edit]
